AXA Middle East organized a conference to celebrate International Women's Day in collaboration with the Women Leadership Association (WLA). The event featured WLA Vice President Ingrid Raad, as well as the entire female team from AXA Middle East, with the presence of Joe Nasnas, General Manager of AXA Middle East, and certified coach Pascale Rmeily.
In his opening speech, Joe Nasnas spoke about women's rights and the importance of empowering women in leadership roles. He emphasized the company’s commitment to supporting women and fostering an inclusive work environment that allows them to thrive.
Ingrid Raad, Vice President of the Women Leadership Association, shared the association’s mission of empowering Lebanese women and increasing their participation in both economic and social life. She stressed the importance of integrating women into decision-making processes at all levels.
Additionally, Pascale Rmeily, a certified coach, gave a lecture on "Work-Life Harmony," where she shared her personal experience of balancing work and personal life. She provided practical tips for boosting productivity while maintaining mental well-being.
